Sunset lights in Paris : Better light for a better life

 (EDOUARD HABIB © Mr Eddy)

Three sunset pics taken a few weeks ago, when Paris wasn’t under this eternal gray sky we’re experiencing since. This days, I intend to prefer the warm tones we can catch around sunset time than bright daylight or even the famous blue hour. Maybe some more sunset pics to come, if the weather allow me so ;)

Photographe de mariage / Wedding photographer

Wedding / Mariage

Wedding report is part of my business since 2010. After working on portraits, studio shooting, live shows or reports, working on wedding photography was the next step. This activity implies to achieve a technical knowledge and master various photographic styles. This without forgetting to transmit the intimate feelings of this special day.

Among the following pictures, you can have a look at my portfolio here.

Coca-Cola glass and bottle (EDOUARD HABIB © Mr Eddy)

My one and only addiction has always been Coke. First reason was as a student I needed some sugar and caffeine for my long night of work. Unfortunately, at this time I found coffee just undrinkable, couldn’t bear its taste ! This was 10 years ago or so…

Personal project : Long Way

 (EDOUARD HABIB)

Before my Night Owls series, I’ve began this project. I call it Long Way, but indeed it doesn’t have any name. I just find out, while getting through my photos from time to time, that there was this shoots which seems to be fitting together.

Paris : 2007 to 2010

Paris, capital of France, the country that saw the birth of photography, may have been one of the most interesting city to shoot as a street photographer. In the past years, it’s the place I’ve been learning photography. And in a way, I could say it’s the city which has taught me what I know of photography. In 2007, I started to organize my work in Adobe’s Lightroom software (and I’m using it until know). So I’ve decided to do a little retrospective of my photos, especially the one I took in the streets or beneath it.

Most of them are in black and white, the early ones were taken with a Pentax K100D that I used for 6 month before getting to the next step with a Nikon D300. And since 2009, the famous full format Nikon D700 was my go to body with some fixed lens (best way to learn photography in my humble opinion) and 2 zooms (because sometimes it’s usefull and lighter than many fixed lenses).

But I’ll talk again about gear later, here goes the pics !
